Scheduled stop of the NF-e National Environment
We inform you that the National Environment of the NF-e will be paralyzed for maintenance on the 13/05/2022th at 22 pm (Friday) until the 16/05/2022th at 0:00 pm (Monday) . As a result, several services will be unavailable, such as:
a) those of the National NF-e Portal;
b) receipt in the National Environment of NF-e authorized by the State Treasury Departments (SEFAZ) and consequent distribution to the destination SEFAZ, in the case of interstate operations;
c) the generation of events when carried out in the National Environment of the NF-e, as a manifestation of the recipient, replication of the event of cancellation of the NF-e in the CT-e, among others;
d) distribution of tax documents to taxpayers pursuant to NT 2014.002.

Complement of the Report of 05/09/2022 on the programmed stop of the National Environment of the NF-e
We inform you that the maintenance previously disclosed for the National Environment of the NF-e, in the period from 05/13 (at 10 pm) to 05/16 (zero hour) , will NOT impact the authorization of Tax Documents (NF-e, NFC-e , CT-e, MDF-e and BP-e), whether internally or interstate. Thus, it will not be necessary to activate the contingency for any State.

ALTERA A LEI ESTADUAL Nº 7.389, DE 14 DE JULHO DE 2016, QUE “DISPÕE SOBRE A INSTALAÇÃO DE TERMINAIS ELETRÔNICOS DE CONSULTA DE PREÇOS NOS SUPERMERCADOS E HIPERMERCADOS SITUADOS NO ÂMBITO DO ESTADO DO RIO DE JANEIRO”, E DÁ OUTRAS PROVIDÊNCIAS.
GOVERNADOR DO ESTADO DO RIO DE JANEIRO Faço saber que a Assembleia Legislativa do Estado do Rio de Janeiro decreta e eu sanciono a seguinte Lei:
Art. 1º O Artigo 1º da Lei Estadual nº 7.389, de 14 de julho de 2016, passa a vigorar acrescido de dois parágrafos, com a seguinte redação:
Art. 1º (...)
§ 1º Os terminais (...)
§ 2º Para os fins desta Lei, considera-se área de vendas aquela na qual os consumidores têm acesso às mercadorias e serviços oferecidos para consumo no varejo, dentro do estabelecimento.
§ 3º Constatado o mau funcionamento de algum equipamento de consulta de preço, o consumidor poderá solicitar sua imediata substituição.”
Art. 2º A Lei Estadual nº 7.389, de 2016, passará a vigorar acrescida dos seguintes artigos:
Art. 1-A. os terminais de consulta de preços deverão ser indicados por cartazes suspensos, que informem claramente a sua localização.
Art. 1-B. A disponibilização dos equipamentos de leitura ótica não desobriga a afixação regular dos preços dos produtos à venda.”
Art. 3º A Lei Estadual nº 7.389, de 2016, passará a vigorar acrescida do seguinte artigo:
Art. 3-A. Para efeito de fiscalização, os estabelecimentos, de que trata a presente lei, deverão prestar as informações necessárias aos agentes da autarquia de que trata a Lei Estadual nº 5.738, de 07 de junho de 2010, mediante disponibilização de mapa da área de vendas, com a identificação clara e precisa da localização dos terminais de consulta de preços e a distância que as separa.”
Art. 4º Esta lei entra em vigor na data de sua publicação.
